Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of the products I sell, I cannot accept returns if the product has been used.
Items are checked by me before they are dispatched so damaged items are never dispatched. In the unlikely event something happens to your parcel in transit and the product is affected, resulting in a damaged item being delivered to you - please take photos of the product and the packaging so I can raise a claim with the delivery company.
At this point I will refund your money and continue with my claim against the delivery company.
Sizing of all products are listed in the description of each product. If your item is a gift and it transpires you need to return the product, please return it in it's original condition. You are responsible for paying for the cost of the return. Please email lydia@bykilter.com to flag that a return is on its way.
If you receive your item and you have changed your mind about the product, you can return the product for a refund if it is unworn. If a product arrives as a return and it is showing clear signs of wear then I reserve the right not to issue a refund. You would be responsible for covering the cost of shipping. Returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt by emailing lydia@bykilter.com with your order number and reason for return.
